Annual Phonathon Was A Ringing Success!

On Nov. 5, SIOR Foundation Trustees gathered in the Arizona desert for the annual Phonathon, asking SIOR members to pledge their support to the SIOR Foundation. Preliminary numbers show the Foundation has raised nearly $200,000, but the opportunity to donate is not over yet! There's still time to make a tax-deductible contribution by the end of the year to help the Foundation continue its mission to Educate, Enhance, and Expand the Commercial Real Estate industry.
The Foundation welcomes donations online, or by calling Corrine Nowak, SIOR Foundation Director at 202.449.8208.

Student Real Estate Experience Program Continues to Flourish

Seven students from universities around the world attended the 2018 SIOR Fall World Conference held in Denver. Five SIOR Chapters selected students from their region, and provided the means for them to attend the conference. The Chapters also matched the students with an SIOR mentor who introduced them to fellow SIORs and the exciting possibilities of a career in commercial real estate. The SIOR Foundation matched Chapter expenses for travel and hotel accommodations and hosted a welcome dinner for participants and their mentors.

Thank you to the SIOR Carolinas, Florida, Northern California, Greater Los Angeles, and European Regional Chapters for your support of future commercial real estate leaders.
